Nigerian actress Dayo Amusa took to Instagram to share a thought-provoking message telling fans to refrain from passing judgments based solely on their appearances as a celebrity.
In a heartfelt post, Dayo Amusa encouraged her followers and the general public to exercise empathy and understanding, reminding everyone that each person is fighting their own battles, regardless of the seemingly perfect images they present to the world.
She wrote, ” Happiness, I mean true happiness is an inner quality. It is a state of mind. If your mind is at peace, you are happy. If your mind is at peace but you have nothing else, you can be happy.
If you have everything the world can give – pleasure, possessions, power but you lack peace of mind, you can never be happy.
