Nollywood actor Akeem Adeyemi recently shared a heartwarming tribute to his late mother during a church service held in her memory. He posted a video online, reminiscing about how his mother had accompanied him to the airport when he was traveling abroad for his education. However, the pain of returning to Nigeria and finding her absent is something he finds unimaginable.
Akeem expressed his gratitude to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to attend his late mother’s burial. This tribute is especially poignant for him as he is still filled with joy after the long journey of having a child after 7 years of trying, which included 3 failed IVF attempts and 4 miscarriages.
He Wrote: I am yet to come to the realisation you are gone mom 😭😭😭😭…. You accompanied me to the airport when leaving the country , coming back to meet your absence is an unimaginable pain . You are all that I have , the most precious person to me … Having saying the vote of thanks at your burial service of song brought so much emotions and tears … Keep resting mom … Thanks to everyone that came out of their busy schedule .
